Area: Tallinn, Riga, Russia & CIS
Sell successfully the current service products of all companies within the company Group.
Agree internally on sales and development goals
Develop new service products and locations
Develop and implement necessary marketing and sales activities
Collect and interpret sales data to target the most promising areas/clients
Project sales and determine the profitability of products and services;
Monitor customer preferences to determine the focus of sales efforts;
Analyze and discuss sales statistics;
Regular reporting to senior management about regional developments and opportunities.
At least bachelor's degree in business and/or sales or equivalent experience
Successful work experience within sales and marketing function;
Practical knowledge in logistics (including ocean, air, road, rail transport),warehousing would be considered as advantage;
Business knowledge about geographical area: Russia, CIS, Baltics
Strong planning, structured and accurate person;
Service oriented attitude, developed in real-life business situations; customer focus;
Excellent communication and networking skills;
Proficient PC user skills , previous experience in using CRM would be considered as advantage;
Fluent English ,Russian skills - oral and written;
Professional, polite, confident and persistent;
Quick learner who has ability to keep an open mind to changes that may impact daily activities;
Ability to travel (Europe and CIS ).
